Viticulture and Harvest
This wine is made from Chardonnay, Vermentino and Picolit; all sourced from either di Lusso vineyards or from within Mudgee.
The Chardonnay and Vermentino are fermented dry, and sweetened with Picolit so that the residual sugar is 35 g/L.
Floral aromatics. Sweet apple, pear and sherberty acid gives this wine a fresh, lively palate.
